About JK Farms
JK Farms is a family owned business that lays on a 5 acre farm in East Tennessee. Here we raise Purebred Kiko and 100% New Zealand Kiko goats. We sell our goats kids and occasionally we might sell our adults. We also sell eggs and goat milk soap. On our farm we have goats, chickens, and sweet barn cat. All our animals are treated with love and kindness and are apart of my family! Raising goats has become my greatest passion! I first started out owning two pygmy does ( Charlotte and Elsie) and it has grown from there. I bred Charlotte to my neighbors Kiko buck just to see if she would take and sure enough five months later she gave birth to a happy and healthy solid black doeling with frosted ears and nose! I had named the sweet doeling Briar as she was born near a briar patch. Now I have since then sold my pygmies and gotten into raising purebred Kikos and 100% New Zealand Kikos . Although I will deeply miss my Pygmies I will always have a piece of them through Briar!
My "Pet"
Briar Rose was born May 29, 2016 from her mother Charlotte. Briar is a solid black doe with white frosted ears and nose and is a Pygmy/Kiko cross. She accidentally got in with my Fainter buck and ended up getting pregnant at just 3 months old! I had no clue she was pregnant until she started developing an udder by then it was to late to do anything about it. Well five months later she gave birth to a solid black doeling with a white spot on her side.
